am originally from Wymore, Nebraska, which is located an hour south of Lincoln. I grew up on a farm and love the rural lifestyle. I am mainly inspired by nature and the beauty that surrounds us. You will find Nebraska, farm life, gardening, and mountains as my main pulls of inspiration. I am currently teaching K-12 Art at Heartland Community Schools and am in my 12th year. I can’t say that I truly have a favorite medium but more often than not what is being studied in the classroom will influence my personal work.
